Owners is a VENDI Group enterprise, a leading strategic investment holding company with a portfolio of the largest brands in food service, advisory, manufacturing, media and now in real estate. We bring together a seasoned management team, licensed and experienced association managers and property experts, who handle it all with finesse and confidence. We are responsive at the highest level, hands-on and ready to tailor our expertise to the needs of our clients.
INDEPENDENCE
In today’s marketplace, some of the many growing problems surface when real estate brokers find themselves not independent from the property they are selling, making decisions that financially impact the buyer. Owners takes pride in not owning or having any kind of financial affiliation with the companies used in their vendor network, putting their clients’ best financial interest at hand. We are also building a database of buyers, whose requirements are being analysed to find the right property.
COLLABORATIONS
We work with a number of organisations to provide the best possible service to our clients. VERDE Frontier Solutions Ltd (‘VERDE’), our sister company which specialises in research and market intelligence, provides regular updates on demand, prices and migration trends, which help us formulate our strategy and our advice to clients. We also have preferred service providers like lawyers, valuers and bankers whom we refer to our clients for a more seamless transaction.
TECHNOLOGY
Our processes are all stream-lined and our web-based portal offers a hassle-free registration for buyers, sellers and renters. Once a client signs up, he instantly starts receiving notifications every time a property that matches his requirements becomes available. Our CRM is optimised for the real estate industry that ensures a maximised lead conversion rate.
NETWORK
The founders of VENDI Group have a combined 40+ years’ experience in real estate modelling, management of REITs and capital raising for a number of projects, which include hotels, hospitals, office buildings and retirement estates, to name a few. Through involvement in those projects, the founders have a deep network of partners, collaborators and financiers in the real estate sector.
